But the sense I got from the note is that the litigation may go inhouse and that engineers may be directing how the lawyers do their job. Neither are good things. These steps might be a reaction to the recent unpleasantness and, if so, a possible overreaction. Not unusual after a series of traumatic events.


I see your point.
Hopefully both sets concentrate on their respective areas with an informed and close exchange of the interwined issues.
