when will you notice that Nokia selling off its chips division, and TI losing its leads in WCDMA, are signs of weakness in Q's competitors. Q has beaten them all, to become the #1 WCMDMA chip supplier worldwide.

The legal hardline and maneuvers being taken by Broadcom and Nokia are acts of desperation. Desperate situations by law-breaking companies call for desperate (and illegal) measures.

The only companies breaching patent law for patents that have been fully upheld by the courts (including all appeals processes) are : BROADCOM, NOKIA.
