I'll tell you what. I got a 30 day late on an Option One mortgage 15 days before the loan was paid off. (May 03) I was arguing with OPTION ONE over just that thing. I paid the price with the 30 day late. I guess we live and learn. It has cost me. Yet i never hesitate to rip OptionOne a new one. lol
