This is the first summer I've ever had them, and wondered where I'd been all along. I served them for my yearly Blue Angel beach Homecoming party, and they were the hit of the party. Every year I try to make a new cocktail for the party, and this was one of the best summer cocktails yet. Too bad they don't make blue mint, then it would have fit right in..LOL
