Dear Mr. Babb, Wire transfers are booked into an account within 24 hours of receipt. If you receive a margin call and your ratio exceeds 5%, you are given three business days to restore your account to a ratio of 30%. If no action is taken, we will sell out your positions to meet this requirement. If your account is below 5%, you will need to restore your account to a 30% ratio immediately, or Datek will be forced to sell the needed positions for you.
