Pricking points are that BRCM is not in business where QCOM is. It is a proxy of NOK. Q has no bullet to exchange with BRCM which bought IPR bullet not related to its business just to ambush Q. If BRCM is an actual player in wireless domain, it is hand down for Q. I feel there is no such precedence. If there is none, this the time to set one that such practice is unfair and predidatory. There may be one, I also believe, quite close to the issue. May CAROL LAM be up to it.
