I was looking at the path of about 50 hurricanes on Google Earth that have passed where Dean is going. Only one hit as far east as Houston, and almost all piled on into Mexico after crossing the Yucatan. Looks like close to zero likelihood of much damage to U. S. owned rigs, but considerable interruption of Mexican operations.
