Sanjeev, Well I would love to see what the cost per unit was for this quarter.. I'll have to get a copy of the good filinging (not th abbridged version that is everywhere on the web).. AMD has to pray that they can fix the yeilds.. The thing that strikes me (and would worry me as an AMD shareholder) is that AMD seemed to take one step forward and four steps backward this quarter.(repeatedly) I haven't heard anyone say "oh yeah there was a mouse in the clean room or somethign and it kept running on the wafers", or give any cause of the problem.. that is truely worrisome, it seems to me that they don't know what the problem is. AMD would be well advised to BUY some process engineers from somewhere and get some help QUICK, or Q4 will be a repeat of Q3 (remember there was supposed to be a profit initially this Q).
