So were we in a drought. Now we have massive flooding and folks dead, etc. Careful what you wish for:) I forget what county they were talking about this morning while working out but it has only 1 open/passable road in the entire county. Unlike New Orleans however the toll is small because every guy in the area with a boat was on the scene and plucking people within an hour of the breaches. No waiting around for FEMA up in this country.
