You are right that I didn't read that article in detail or spend any time studying it.

That explains a lot. You wouldn't want a little thing like knowing what you're talking about getting in the way of a good personal attack.

But here's the thing:

You said: "the controversy stems from a suggestion by critics of FDR that the recovery was occurring anyway and that FDRs programs may have done more harm than good in the overall scheme of things."

And your article said: "that agenda caused the Nation and the world many years more economic depression"

The only problem with your "i didn't read it" dodge is you excerpted that part of the article. Did you also not read the part you excerpted? Did you have a monkey do it?
