How's this for a plausable scenario:
1. FACT - We know that license revenue is small.
2. FACT - AF's draw comes from occasional sales of his stock & license revenue.
3. FACT - AF is a very qualified individual (his resume & background have been posted on this thread and e-data's site)

Maybe AF has a family to support and just got a great job offer? It happens all of the time. Does he stay with a high risk/high reward, or does he choose to persue other interests with a high base salary, WHILE STILL RETAINING SOME OF HIS STOCK!

Seems to me this is very reasonable? Comments?
