Hope to drill Lagansky this year

This is what Ashley Heppenstall said at the Q2-conference call on 15th of August:
After 46 minutes:
"There is a risk, that if unless we don't receive the permits in short order, that we will have to delay the drilling program until early next year. We have not given up in terms of the hope that we will drill this well this year."

After 1h and 2 min:
"our indications through in-country and our discussions with Gazprom are that the licence issue are been dealt with and that there will be a formal announcement in a not too distant future ..that essentially our licences will be amended to allow a new drilling campaign which will rectify the issues that we had"
