silicon valley real estate is sizzling cnbc.com Our market is really strong, especially the high end. There are too many floridians on this thread. If we do have a recessions I suspect it is mild like the 2001 recession where silicon valley was in a depression but the rest of the country was basically ok. FLA is getting hit hard but its isolated in its misery.
