It's tough to change things when Bush uses the veto to stop any progress. But that does not absolve the Democrats for sending him a spending bill on Iraq. They should have witheld a spending bill until he agreed on a withdrawal plan with a specific date in mind. That was weak on the Democrats part.

But Bush is an absolute idiot and has no excuses whatsoever for his complete ineptitude. He is the worst leader this country has ever had.
