If the rumors are correct, there's a big difference between a sellable 3Ghz Phenom and a sellable 3Ghz Barcelona 2xxx chip. Benchmarks? Well, if you want to see 2 chip spec rate, there may be a big difference between Phenom and Barcelona dies that are willing to hit 3Ghz.
