Normally I will not let tax consequences weigh too much in my decision on whether to sell. Loss of confidence in management sure will, and I have lost quite a bit in QCOM (I have held most of my shares since 1992). I am not selling yet but the thought crosses my mind frequently.

Taking LT gains at 20% is probably the best rate we will see for a while. I would hate to see another "retro-active" tax increase after the Presidential election.

My best to all QCOM longs,
Scot
