Cash and cash equivalents totaled $9.6 million at June 30, 2007. As of August 14, there were 14,641,583 shares out. That would currently make the market cap 27.1M, but Yahoo currently lists it at $33M. I don't know why there's a discrepancy. An April funding included warrants to purchase an aggregate of 2,747,287 shares. I don't know if more warrants are out. By the end of the year, they'll have two oncology projects in pivotal testing.... SPAs for two phase II trials. More near-term dilution coming, that's certain. Hope that others will post notes, if and when they study the sucker. I have a small "tickle me to study it harder" position. Rick
