Here is a long winded question I would like to see someone ask NOK.

Okay, so your IPR is stronger now than in the past. Are you suggesting that Q's IPR has not improved as much as yours over the given span of time? In addition, if you believe your position has improved relative to Q's do you think it was due to better engineering or were you better at getting what you had to offer incorporated into the various standards?

I wonder how much of NOK's expenditures for R&D was tilted towards D instead of R compared to Q? Handsets take alot of development money do they not?
