who has created prayer rooms?

Elementary schools?

I have heard of footbaths- in college, as a safety issue. Since the same institutions provide fish on Friday and Kosher food, I don't see the problem with those.

I'll read your links. Please post them to me.

Actually, come to think of it our Christian club on my state university campus had a prayer room, and prayer breakfasts. At the college level I think the Christian clubs get their own rooms too. How would that be any different?
