Unisys Names Craig Conway to Board of Directors

BLUE BELL, Pa., Aug 21, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Unisys Corporation (UIS, Trade ) said today that its Board of Directors has elected Craig Conway, former president and CEO of PeopleSoft and senior executive at Oracle Corporation, to its board.

"We are pleased and fortunate to add Craig to our Board," said Joseph W. McGrath, president and chief executive officer of Unisys. "He brings a wealth of experience in the IT industry, from driving technology startups to leading some of the largest providers of business software in the world. His knowledge of the IT market and his vision will be invaluable to Unisys as we continue to drive our transformation effort."

Conway served as president and CEO of PeopleSoft from 1999 until 2004 and was widely credited with transforming the company into a multi-billion provider of business applications. Prior to PeopleSoft, he was president and CEO of One Touch Systems and TGV Software. He also served in senior management roles at Oracle Corporation.

Conway currently serves on the boards of Salesforce.com and Kazeon Systems. He holds a bachelor's of science degree in computer science and mathematics from the State University of New York at Brockport.
