If you continue reading the same article, you'll notice that Michael Dell said that spending on PC hardware would not slow down. In fact, the main focus of the article wasn't about Y2K at all. www8.zdnet.com It doesn't surprise me that Duffield would hop on the Y2K bandwagon because his company sells client/server solutions for human resources, payroll and related applications. He stands to gain if people believe that they must upgrade older software. It also doesn't surprise me that you would resort to rude and childish personal attacks, such as calling me a "lazy SOB". I've noticed that many of the Y2K hypesters resort to these bullying tactics. I have no doubt that people who read your posts will gauge your credibility accordingly. ***By the way Michal, I noticed that after I pointed out your "lazy SOB" comment, you went back and re-edited your original post, since you were within the 15 minute time frame. While I appreciate the effort, I must ask you to refrain from making similar comments in the future...OK?***
