Blood is thicker than water. IJ will not do anything to the detriment of PJ's position. In addition PJ is a member of the BOD. No way will he vote for removing himself as CEO.


Yeah, I understand your point. But perhaps there are ways of making meaningful internal changes while keeping the same poster boy out in front. Not preferable, but better than nothing.
