I think they ought to ban iPod use as well. my son's new BMW has an ipod connection that allows him to scroll on his NAV screen....i suppose it's better than trying to scroll one-handed on a tiny screen ipod, but even still i think there is way too much distraction while driving now the worst offender is the cellphone, by virtue of the fact that their use while driving is almost ubiquitous
