I'm sitting out of the debate on interest rates for 1 week. I'll just state the facts.

1 month t bill rates are under 2% - 1.98%

3 month t bill rates are under 3% - 2.88%

The only instrument left out of loop with the entire system is the FED funds rate.

2 Friday's ago, they added $38 billion in repo's for mortgage paper.

Last Friday, the changed their bias in interest rates and announced a 50 basis point cut in the discount window.

It remains what will happen this Friday or any other Friday between now and Sept 18. Facts state the FED will cut rates.
