Insidertrader reports a 144 form filing to sell: Dollar amount # Shares Insider Price time of register 13,282 6,250 ÿ1 - N* 2.13 *N - None. This code is only found on Form 144 filings, and relates to the fact that not all owners of unregistered shares are insiders. In other words Insidertrader has no idea who filed to sell. Not worried still like the fact that the CEO has recently purchased some shares when he already owns 10%. Thats got to be a good sign. Source: insidertrader.com Rory
