CIT has in addition to the aircraft lease payment notes (6 bill), a bank credit of 7.5 bill which you mentioned and is in their 10Q. So if they have problem rolling the CP you would think that they could use the bank LOC and also have lots of cash from the aircraft lease payments notes they issued which is a long term 2012 note. So I don;t think they have a problem other then their home lending losses . Hopefully they can operate the business until things settle down and then sell it for the market value they assigned to it.
