Bob: In addition to the laser consumables, DUV resists are also much more expensive than the old I-line resists. There are also the additional potential costs assosciated with BARC that could also add to the cost of producing DUV wafers. They may also need more/new track equipment to go with the new process. ect. ect. Yousef would know much more about this than I do.... -Ritz
