I think we should ban use of cell phones and similar devices by pedestrians in cross-walks or public roadways. Period. i'm convinced sooner or later we'll see some sort of ridiculous lawsuit brought against apple or rimm(crackberry) after someone gets creamed because they weren't paying attention to their surroundings while talking or texting or listening... equally certain the addictive nature of said devices will be called into play <vbg>
