How about the most important evidence of all. Everything Bush promised he'd deliver has failed.
* Iraq - still a mess and Al Qaeda stronger than ever; no progress in 4.5 years and after $600B in taxpayer dollars squandered
* Social Security reform - nothing; zip; nada; big fat zero; this was the biggest change I was hoping he'd bring, since he had a majority Republican Congress, and he failed
* taxes - I love lower taxes, but he failed me here again; he cut taxes to the rich and then whatever tax cuts trickled down to me ended up getting swallowed by the damned AMT; failure
* education - arguably the most important in this list; No Child Left Behind has been a failure by most credible metrics; the number of Science and Technology graduates in this country plummeted and has not risen appreciably, most certainly not enough to meet market demand or keep America competitive over the long term; meanwhile China and India are graduating very high quality engineers at a staggering rate; again big fat failure
* energy - Bush's idea of fighting oil dependence is to give $13B in tax breaks to big oil to drill off shore, to lower the lease rates on public land so big oil can drill on our land reserves, and to open up ANWAR; what about tackling the demand side of the equation? what a moron; again a big fat failure
* climate - he only recently even admitted that global warming may be caused by humans, even though the global scientific consensus has established it as such a highly probably correlation, that it is as irrefutable as science gets; what a moron
* diplomacy - he has failed on every measure of this metric; we're hated around the world; he has failed at every diplomatic event he has tried to orchestrate in his Presidency; again a failure

Need I go on?
