How NOT to make a tiramisu: video.google.com Don't get me wrong - I am sure what he makes is delicious, but why doesn't he use something simple like an egg beater? The processes he goes through take so long that they have had to speed up the video in some places so that he sounds like Donald Duck! And it would worry me to use raw egg!
