Reagan did not win any war with the USSR. That's a stupid Hannity type lie. Reagan may deserve come credit but if you want to know the truth the Bin Laden types in Afghanistan did the USSR a lot more damage than Reagan did. And when Reagan said "tear down this wall" that sounded great but the USSR was already gone. It was more clever stage craft than anything else. It was after the fact.

There are a hundred people more deserving of "defeating" the USSR than Reagan. Or at least 99. Carter included. People like John Lennon even. But Gorbachev most of all was the one who did it. And the young generation in the USSR who demanded change. Just like our new generation wants no more rightwing corrupt baastards in charge. Have you seen the pools on young voters? You guys are down to about 30%. And the more you harp about how illegals are such dangerous criminals the more Hispanics will permanently be against the GOP. So keep it up.
