Seattle Post-Intelligencer Too Politically Correct to Assist in Probe of Possible Terror Plot I was speaking today with a guy I know who lives in the Seattle area. He is retired military and shops and works out at the Bangor Sub Base (the West Coast base for the nuke sub fleet). He told me that the US Coast Guard is now escorting all subs in and out of Puget Sound (why they didn't start this on 9/12 I'll never know). He also said he's seen law enforcement riding the ferries with firearms evident. In his opinion, something is in the wind that the powers that be are not publicizing. BTW, when he told me this, he was not aware of the story about the FBI seeking to identify the two middle east types who have been riding the ferries lately and taking an interest in their operations.
