Scratchy, you have assumed a conclusion that is legally and factually in dispute; i.e. that Nokia hasn't by tender of $20 mil for a purported post-expiration quarterly payment, together with continued use of Qualcomm IPR, exercised the option to renew. As that matter is currently being arbitrated, prudence would suggest that your premise is premature, and somewhat speculative.
