I think the economy is very strong as well. I just worry that the consumer is going to get hurt with these ARM's. It all rolls uphill from there. The banks get stung, housing gets worse, consumer gets tapped - it has the potential to get very ugly. Bottom line - I'm being Nostril dumbass! I'm worrying about potential future events that I have no business thinking about. I need to throw out this bowl of water I've been looking into
