SFNN is overpriced.........

Common shares account for 13% of all equity (preferred shares account for remaining 87%). Shearson has no hard assets beyond furniture, leaseholds and $9600 cash. Management are con-men.

It is going to blow today!!!!!!!! SFNN blows every day.
