No it doesn't. A straw man argument is when you make a fake argument for your opponent and then preceded to destroy it. No fake arguments here. The fact that the official US rate for infant mortality is higher than in several countries with socialized health care or "single payer" systems is used to argue that the US has worse health care results. I pointed out how the official stats in different countries don't measure the same thing. Babies get counted in the infant mortality rate in the US that wouldn't get counted in a number of other countries.
