I always keep that in mind but some posters on SI don't and don't in a deliberate way (see also: brianthebikers thread). It is important to clarify context when you are making these comments.

Are these things not part of Sharia law? Yes or no?

Again there is an internal conflict with that notion. Sharia law as in Islamic jurisprudence? No. Sharia Law as interpreted by one culture but not others? Yes. Does any culture of the world have a fair and just justice system ... no. Are some 'Islamic' governments corrupt? Yes. Are the statements on this thread made by Nadine, overly general in a way that benefits her political agenda and which is unjust to innocent Muslims? Yes.
