I posted the article from california. This is all high end in CA. CA is the 6th largest economy in the world. But this is happening in many expensive areas like NYC too.

I'm not trying to say the real estate market is going to return to the boom times. But this thread thinks we are going to have a deep recession over this, thats where you are off.
