Let’s review some of the posts from the other fork of your tongue:

”Well speaking for myself, i have a big problem with perjury and obstruction of justice.”

Great.

Bill Clinton was never charged with or convicted of anything.

Definition provided by you:

in any declaration, certificate, verification, or statement under penalty of perjury as permitted under section 1746 of title 28, United States Code, willfully subscribes as true any material matter which he does not believe to be true; is guilty of perjury and shall, except as otherwise expressly provided by law, be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. This section is applicable whether the statement or subscription is made within or without the United States.

The facts: a judge found Clinton guilty of willfully lying in his testimony and clinton admitted it: ... Simply put, the president's deposition … was intentionally false, and his statements … likewise were intentionally false . . . ."

Based on that his willful false testimony, JUDGE Susan Webber Wright expressly provided by law that, his license to practice law was suspended in Arkansas and later by the United States Supreme Court and according to law he was also fined $90,000

And Lets not forget your declaration that you don’t defend Clinton…

You: Why should we take your word over Fitzgerald's

Well, lets look at some of Fitzgerald’s words that you posted.

And anyone who would go into a grand jury and lie, obstruct and impede the investigation has committed a serious crime.

You:
”Bill Clinton was never charged with anything.

Bill Clinton never made a plea bargain.

Bill Clinton never admitted to breaking the law.

Bill Clinton was found guilty of committing a crime, admitted what he did, and received consequences for his crime in a legal adjudication from the courts. He negotiated settlements and this is a type of bargaining to avoid further prosecution.

You: Why not be straight up about this? The facts are there for all to see?

Your reference:

Fitzgerald said the problem was with the knowingly and intentionally part,

And

You: Believe me i'm not defending Clinton. He lied in a deposition

And:

Fitz: We need to know the truth. And anyone who would go into a grand jury and lie, obstruct and impede the investigation has committed a serious crime.

… the truth is the engine of our judicial system. And if you compromise the truth, the whole process is lost.
…our jobs, the criminal justice system, is to make sure people tell us the truth. And when it's a high-level official and a very sensitive investigation, it is a very, very serious matter that no one should take lightly.

… telling false testimony and obstructing the investigation, that, to me, defines a serious breach of the public trust.

And finally you d’d’d’d’don’t defend Clinton, not hardly <sarcasm>
