I'm going to stop on this theme here because I already know how this thread reacts to it. Yes I think there will probably be some ripple effects. We might even have a recession. IMO it will be a mild one. The reason for RE price appreciation is only partially easy money. The crashing dollar is equally culpable. And nothing is happening to the dollar.
