Gary,

<<Does anyone know why the results of BD's & Bateman's report need to go to yet another undisclosed third party? I thought they were the independent third parties?>>

BD/Bateman RESULTS don't go to another 3 rd party - BD/Bateman performed IPM's recovery process on a sample of the Black Rock ore and the concentrate (product from the experiment) was sent to a laboratory for analysis. The lab will report the assay to BD/Bateman and they in turn will summarize the entire process, including assay results, in a report to IPM.
