I disagree. Sexual "morality" differs religion to religion, as do food taboos. They are, imo, exactly the same. Eating pork horrifies the people who it horrifies (Jews and Muslims), just as eating cows horrifies Hindus- I doubt they find sexual taboo violations more horrifying- some people perhaps consider certain sexual taboos less horrifying- and of course not everyone has the same sexual taboos. When you are in the land of taboos it's easy to discount the other guys taboos while saying yours apply to all mankind. In reality, they're all relative.

Since homosexuality is legal in all states and even sodomy laws have been struck down (2003, 6-3 court decision), and homosexual marriage is legal in Mass, I'm not sure why you've wandered off to murder and theft (legal in no states that I know of) and some idea that being gay is universally considered sexual immorality- if that's what you are trying to compare. And since we were talking about gay marriage, I don't see how you couldn't be comparing. It clearly is NOT universally considered immoral. I understand you might think it is, but you are not the law, and you do not decide what applies to all mankind. That you may believe a deity you believe in applies these standards to all mankind, does not make those standards actually apply to everyone.
