Rick I apologize,

I thought I told you that the day they released year end
earnings they also released the quarter loss. I think I found
this out on wendesday. The fishy part about this is before
the stock tanked from 2 & 11/16 to 2 I called up the company
to find out earnings for the latest quarter and Mr Smith, told me he
did not have the figures.

On my bloomberg terminal all I was able to see was
year end earnings. But there was also news from DJN in which
I don't have access to.

I called up the company again and I spoke to Mr. Smith using
a different name and I asked him what he posted with DJN and
THEN he told be about the loss. Something seems rotten!!!!!

I also asked when this quarter ended and he did tell me what you
told me August 31st. He also told me the figures should be out
the third week in september.

Rick, what price did you pay for this stock.

P.S. I am in all the way.
