HMS Awarded Contract by Ohio Dept. of Job & Family Services biz.yahoo.com Thursday August 23, 9:38 am ET NEW YORK, Aug. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services received approval from the Ohio Controlling Board to award a two-year contract to the Arkansas Medical Support Services Consortium (MSSC) administered by Health Management Systems, Inc. (HMS). As the vendor to the nation's only medical support consortium, HMS will link commercial insurance coverage for child support dependents to their non-custodial and custodial parents.
