Very early on I personally spoke to people who had done business with Turek. They uniformly said he was a crook. I'm actually being kind here. Further, I was told he was exceedingly nice when he wanted something from you, but otherwise was known to yell and bully people around him, which I see people on RB are starting to document.

Early on I wrote a PM to Greenbay about how Turek had allegedly taken out the same loan at three banks using the same (worthless) patents as collateral without telling the others. I even had the names of the banks who had been victimized. He chose not to follow up. Too bad.

I also had a "reliable source" who knew what the share structure was. They said the TA would email the information to Judy, Turek's secretary, on a regular basis because Turek requested to be kept informed. Turek then obfuscated/lied to any shareholder who called asking for this information. Pink Sheets knew the truth, but their only recourse was to withhold quotes until Turek gave updated numbers. By the time he gave updated numbers, he had diluted even more.

Bottom line is that Doc 56 reflects what we posted because we posted the truth. Apparently certain people can't handle the truth-- or the fact that none of "us" ever shorted PLNI with or without this knowledge. Anyone who still thinks PLNI was a victim of naked shorting is beyond rehabilitation so it would be pointless to try to convince them as such.

Note: I purposefully use the pronoun "I" not "we" so that if anyone wants to point fingers they only have an excuse to point them at me.
