I believe there were many news clips that talked about QCOM engineers working closely with NOK to help them with their WCDMA products. If that is true, would QCOM be able to use those efforts to show the courts that it was QCOM who helped NOK with WCDMA technology.

I think an end to all this madness is around the corner. One way or another IJ is going to make some changes.
