The DC Police are supposed to make it safe there. It appears they will never succeed. Iraq may not be a safe place until the people of Syria and Iran stop supplying weapons and serving as conduits for crazy terrorists to terrorize Iraq. I am not ready to give DC over to the terrorists either. I am so sorry for you that the surge is making it more difficult to sell surrender.
