I could be all wet but IMHO the wording of the contract is important and OZON handled it right. There will be many processes involved with this technology and this mfg. may only be able to handle one aspect and some one else another. OZON doesn't want to get locked into one mfg. for what ever reason. This is to big an opportunity. in other words, if they have the "intent" and do not perform, OZON ties in with some one else. Any lawyers out there?? What are your thoughts Have a good week, this is just starting. Where are you Jim?? Thanks Brenda.
