The commandment is "thou shall not murder" So unless you define all killing as murder then there is no breaking of the commandment when someone is justifiably killed. That is why abortion is murder but killing in self-defense is not. God never does anything unjustly. Righteousness is an essential quality of His being. There is no standard above God which binds Him.
