If you mean self-serving radicals authorise recruitment by sword you may have a point but if you mean Islam as a faith you are mistaken. No faith is established coercively. Coersion is an external force, where as faith is internally derived and this is confirmed by Islamic scripture.

Regarding the whole world coming to believe. There are a couple of Islamic prophesies that apply. One says that when there are Muslims too many to count spread all over the world we wont be able to find Islam any where. Another says that even if the whole world converted to Islam we would have the same issues that are present without the religion, because it's still the world not heaven. The Bible and western literature is a great resource of documentation that confirms the corrupt nature of the world and human beings living there within the Judaeo Christian populations as well as without.

One thing that I have always found interesting is the idea of a final Messiah proving to the world what the true religion of God is. Christians and Muslims say it will be the second coming of Jesus but they argue he will prove only their doctrine respectively. Jews believe the same except that it will be someone other than Jesus. Here's a thought... what if we find we are all right/wrong, and the truth of it has been there for all of us to see all along, however, do to a minor fluke in our exaggerated religious compulsions... the one that makes us go for each other's throat with swords and nukes and such, we're missing it (the Truth).
